Marius Cini, paper conservator, has had many exciting challenges in his line of work. One such challenge was repairing the damage done to a pâper maché crucifix that was “assaulted by a chair” at a police station. This beautiful piece had to be restored using unique methods involving a test tube holder and a dental pick.
